The Royal Collage of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) updated “Under care” guidance in September 2023. It stipulates, that in order to safely prescribe for your animal, our vets must have access to previous history/notes. This is to safeguard pets from conflicting medications being given.
Please contact your previous vets to give consent to send us your pets’ history, as without access to previous notes, we reserve the right to refuse to see your pet.
